The Evidence I - Screenshots of impossibly unchanging IRR via the internet archive
For all of 2024, Yieldstreet advertised the exact same numbers for their IRR and total investor dollars returned—9.6% IRR and $2,373,434,918 in principal and interest—a claim we can disprove with archived evidence. Using the Internet Archive, we captured screenshots from February 2024 through the end of the year, and these figures never changed, even as multiple deals closed.
It is mathematically impossible for the IRR and total returns to remain static when deals are actively closing. At least 10 deals closed during this period, and whether they were profitable or not, they would have impacted these numbers.
While Yieldstreet now blocks the Internet Archive from accessing their site, these screenshots remain preserved and accessible for review.
