Here Are Tentative Actions We Hope To Take To Protect And Better Understand Our Investments

This movement is just getting started. Below is a timeline of key investor actions and upcoming events as we work toward accountability and transparency at Yieldstreet. Check back regularly for updates.

• 📅 January 10 – Investor Conference Call 

Our first investor call to discuss concerns, organize our approach, and answer questions.    Please sign up and spread the word as well.

• 📢 Mid-January – Demand Yieldstreet Correct Its IRR 

  • A formal investor-led demand for Yieldstreet to correct its advertised 9.6% IRR to reflect real investor outcomes.

  • Investors will be encouraged to sign on and participate.

  • Why is this important?   The more new investors that are lured by this false statement the more risk we are at that YieldStreet is overwhelmed with lawsuits which threated our current investments.

• 📢 End-January/Start Feb - Organize a group call with Yieldstreet management where we control the agenda.   

  • Members who have had one-on-one calls with YieldStreet have left feeling that YieldStreet redirected questions and didn't provide adequate answers, obfuscated, avoided and controlled the agenda.  

  • We hope that having a group of us where we press the issue and maintain the agenda .

• 🔍 February – Media & Regulatory Outreach 

  • Coordinated outreach to financial journalists and regulatory bodies to push for greater scrutiny.  Almost all of the media in the public presents views that are are worst cautious but mainly glowing which never mention any of the issues we are facing.   

• 📌 Ongoing – Transparency Requests & Research  

  • As investors in LLC's we are partners.   There is zero valid reason that P&L's should not be provided on request.   

  •  In addition we need more complete updates with important information and not jargon.    We need to enforce this.

• 📌 Ongoing – Demand For Accuracy in Our Portfolio Evaluation

  • The numbers in our Yieldstreet portal are meaningless.   Valuations never change for years making it impossible for financial planning, tax considerations, retirement planning, etc.   

  • We need to demand some form of accounting updates to investments within reasonable time windows.
